Record Store Days past

Celebrated every third Saturday in April, Record Store day began ever so humbly in 2008 and has grown to over 1400 independently owned record stores across the US and internationally.

And while the list of potential goodies available at participating record stores for 2015 can be found here, have you ever wondered what kind of cool releases have been available in the past?

How about a limited edition, Record Store Day only 10″ release from the Drive By Truckers in 2014?

Or, a coke bottle green 7″ Side by Side series featuring the Carolina Chocolate Drops and Run DMC from 2012?

Check out this list of all the cool stuff that’s been made available since 2012 for our favorite holiday of the year.

And while even we really don’t know what surprises you’ll find when we open the doors at Lost & Found Records on Saturday, April 18, you can bet it’ll all be very cool.

See y’all on Record Store Day, but come visit us any time!
